Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Processing Rules at aw333

The minimum deposit at aw333 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, aw333 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual deposit amounts. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times for card deposits may vary depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. aw333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests submitted during normal operating hours. aw333 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing schedules.

All payment methods used at aw333 must be registered in the account holder's own name. aw333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts and reserves the right to reverse any third-party payment and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.
aw333 does not charge platform fees on domestic mobile wallet deposits or withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party fees imposed by your mobile network operator or bank are outside aw333's control and are not reimbursed.
aw333 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. If a user's identity cannot be confirmed to aw333's satisfaction, aw333 reserves the right to return the original deposit amount to the source payment method and close the account.
Chargebacks initiated by a user against a deposit made to aw333 are treated as a breach of these Terms. aw333 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit any winnings, and pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts through appropriate legal channels.

Bonuses and Promotions

Terms Governing Bonuses, Free Spins and Special Offers

aw333 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are discretionary and subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. aw333 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Bonus funds must complete the stated wagering requirement rollover before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering on games with an RTP above the threshold specified in individual promotion terms may not contribute fully or at all toward the rollover requirement.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per account, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms and will expire at the end of the validity period stated. Expired free spins and their winnings are forfeited automatically.
Welcome bonuses are available to new account holders only and apply to the first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the welcome bonus promotion terms in force at the time of registration.
